While there has been plenty of action on four wheels in the ENZED motorsport camp of late, a special mention should be made of Roger McGarry from ENZED South Auckland who, along with his wife Kay and James Matthews, (owner of ENZED South Auckland) recently competed in - and completed - a gruelling 60k mountain bike trek through the hilly forest near Ohakune.

After heavy overnight rains saw rivers bursting their banks and forcing a change of course, the ENZED-backed trio all made it to the finish line after a challenging and sodden ride, with James recording a commendable sixth place in the Masters Division, ahead of Kay in ninth and Roger (pictured) holding station not too far behind.

Well done, team … an inspirational effort.
